Our History
Poultry Farmers Regulatory Committee (PFRC) is a self-regulatory body, representing Poultry Farmers, Breeders, Feed Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers and other stakeholders who are associated with the Poultry Industry in India.
Formed in 2020, PFRC is a pioneering portal of its kind promoting the development of poultry breeding and farming, forming self-regulations to achieve the highest standards of business in the industry and acting as the primary forum to drive the overall interests of the poultry stakeholders in India.
PFRC aims at providing a common platform that will serve as the primary portal of communication and interaction amongst all the stakeholders of the industry. The purpose of PFRC is to promote and protect the interests pertaining to poultry farming, breeding, processing, and distribution, feed manufacturing, retailing of poultry and poultry products; to disseminate information relating to the poultry trends and challenges in the domestic and global markets; to achieve highest standards of poultry business that enhances the efficiency in production and marketing and to provide facilities to interact among different stakeholders.

OUR OBJECTIVES
PFRC aims at providing facilities for exchange of information and opinion of interest to poultry breeding farms and poultry farmers.

- To protect the interests pertaining to poultry farming, breeding, processing, and distribution, feed manufacturing, retailing of poultry and poultry products
- To represent poultry stakeholders’ needs to the government and the other bodies that impact the poultry farming activity

- To disseminate information relating to the poultry trends and challenges in the domestic and global markets, and
- To provide facilities to have significant interaction among different poultry stakeholders.
